Kiki Montrparnasse, the french model and actress was the inspiration for the beauty look makeup artist Peter Philips created. Peter went for a deep purple on the lip and used Chanel Le Rouge Velvet lipstick in “La Provecante” and Chanel Vendeta on the nails to give the models “a rebelious, chic, sophisticated look”. Sam McKnight gave all the models a mohawk braid and then added a piece of dyed fox fur on top for a dramatic effect. The models looked so cool and had a savage, almost Mad Max look about them.
This Fendi collection by Karl Lagerfeld was brilliant and it all came perfectly together with the soundtrack by Michel Gaubert featuring the track “Take Me Baby” by Jimi Tenor.
