Abbey Lee Kershaw Rocks in Pierre Balmain 2012 Campaign Film

Top model Abbey Lee Kershaw talks to us about her band Our Mountain's new song 'Devils Banquet' and their new campaign fashion video introducing the Pierre Balmain 2012 Collection.  Directed by Inez and Vinoodh, the film features pieces from the Pierre Balmain women's and men's collection worn by top model Abbey Lee and her boyfriend, Our Mountain front man Matthew Hutchinson.

The new Pierre Balmain diffusion line includes both menswear and womenswear, featuring everything from t-shirts and jeans to suits and evening wear and will be sold in over 700 stores across the globe.  We caught up with Abbey Lee backstage at the Balmain Spring 2012 show in Paris and here's what she had to say about shooting the fashion video for this hot new collection. FILM: The Pirelli Calendar 2011 by Karl Lagerfeld

Watch the full length film of the Making of  the Pirelli Calendar 2011 shot by photographer Karl Lagerfeld. "Mythology" is the theme of the calendar as Lagerfeld was inspired by Greek mythology and cast his models as gods and goddesses.

As Daria Werbowy admits in the film "you have to be a warrior to be a model..and we are kind of like unearthly human beings".

The 2011 Pirelli Calendar was shot at Lagerfeld's studio in Paris and features supermodels Daria Werbowy, Abbey Lee Kershaw, Ana Rubik, Erin Wasson, Isabeli Fontana, Lara Stone, Magdalena Frackowiak, Brad Kroenig, Baptiste Giabiconi, Heidi Mount, Elisa Sednoui, Freja Beha, Iris Strubegger, Jack Davies, Bianca Balti, Garrett Neff, Jeneil Williams, Natasha Poly and Lakshmi Menon.

Meet top model Abbey Lee Kershaw. This 22 year old beauty from Melbourne Australia is one of hottest fashion models in the world. Here's our exclusive look backstage with Abbey Lee in Milan and Paris fashion week as she reflects on her very successful Spring 2010 season.

Abbey Lee Kershaw was born 12 June 1987, and is known professionally as Abbey Lee. She's a fashion model, actress and musician. 

Kershaw was featured in the 2010 Pirelli Calendar photographed by Terry Richardson, and the 2011 Pirelli Calendar photographed by Karl Lagerfeld. In March 2010, it was announced that she would be the face of Chanel's Autumn/Winter 2010/2011 ready-to-wear ad campaign.  In November, for the fourth time, she became the cover model of Australian Vogue 

Kershaw has been absent from the runway since the Fall 2012 shows where she walked only for Alexander Wang and Anna Sui.. During 2012, she focused on acting and spent much of the year in Africa filming the post-apocalyptic film Mad Max: Fury Road
