Have you heard about The Society? It’s the hot new Manhattan-based modelling agency just launched by Elite Management Worldwide that represents some of the world’s hottest top models including Lindsey Wixson, Sigrid Agren, Cora Emmanuel, Mackenzie Drazan, and Ming Xi.
The Society Managment is taking a new approach with a focus on digital branding and longevity. Agency president Vick Mihaci recently told the Business of Fashion that “we want to bring back and secure the concept of true longevity for our talents”. The agency plans to collaborate with creative talent from across the industry to develop its own original digital content featuring its models. “The purpose of such content is to help evolve our field towards a place where all of this talk of talent branding can actually materialise. It’s really coming back to branding”.
