The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is known as the “sexiest night on television” and this year features musical performances by Taylor Swift, Neon Jungle and Fall Out Boy. The spectacular fashion show will feature 40 of the world’s top models and will be seen in 185 countries.

This year Candice Swanepoel is wearing the $10 million dollar fantasy bra. We spoke to a few of the Victoria’s Secret top models backstage and asked them to share their secret to looking beautiful and feeling confident walking on the runway in lingerie. Makeup artist Dick Page and hair stylist Orlando Pita show us the trick to getting that gorgeous, sexy supermodel glow. Meet Malaika Firth the top model of Spring 2014 Fashion Week. Watch our exclusive Malaika Firth backstage video and interviews on her on her journey at her very first fashion season at New York, Milan and Paris Spring 2014 fashion week. Malaika walked in 56 of the top Spring 2014 fashion runway shows including Marc Jacobs, Stella McCartney, Roberto Cavalli, Anthony Vaccarello, Marni, Prada and Lanvin. It was impossible not to notice her grace, confidence and beauty on the runway.

Malaika is the 19 year old British model who has been hailed as “the next Naomi Campbell”. She was born in Kenya, and moved to London when she was just 7 years old. Her parents are from a mix of cultures – British, Ungandan, Swiss, Seychelles and Kenyan. Malaika is proud of her diverse heritage, “I have this mix in me and I’m so proud to be a mixed race. I think alot of mix race girls out there are insecure about their color and they should be proud and happy that they are both.”

It seems the fashion world can’t seem to get enough of Malaika Firth. The 19 year old British model from Kenya already stars in the Spring 2014 campaigns for Burberry Prorsum and Prada and also walked in the 2013 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

As Anne-Sophie Mallard wrote in the Vogue Paris blog: “First, we spotted them on the runway, then we called in some of the biggest photographers in the business to immortalize them for the glossy pages of Vogue Paris. Meet the next generation of modeling stars in the February issue, out January 22.”

And from editor-in-chief Emmanuelle Alt’s front-of-book letter: “Fresh-faced and schoolgirl-style, smooth and sophisticated, classic beauties and edgy new faces, 22 models feature in this issue. Like Emily, Edita, Amanda and Andreea, you might know some of them if you saw them on the street. Others — think Freja, Saskia, Edie and Georgia — are already established stars.
