The makeup look that Mac Cosmetics Gordon Espinet created is “a geeky girl playing dress up”. Espinet piled on the mascara and Sam McKnight gave all the models a sleek ponytail – a perfect compliment to the chic graphic clothes.
As designers Dean and Dan Caten explained backstage before the show “is a nod to our big American push – she’s an arty girl but she’s not overworked or over studied“.
