Gwen Stefani rocks a powerful crimson red lip in her debut commercial for L’Oreal Paris. The spot for ‘Infallible Le Rouge’ lip color captures Gwen’s edgy personality and style, and was filmed in Los Angeles in December.

Stefani, the 41-year-old lipstick-loving songstress now joins the ranks of other Hollywood pop stars like Beyoncé and Jennifer Lopez in representing L’Oréal Paris — and looking just as fabulous on-screen as they do onstage.

Gwen’s red lip is her signature and Stefani says it’s her rocker husband, Gavin Rossdale, who encourages the bold look. “I don’t always wear red lipstick — people think they see me every day, but they don’t!” she told StyleList. “I change it up. But my husband really loves the red, so I keep the red because I want to keep the husband,” she laughed.

Gwen Stefani is the new face of L’Oreal Paris and here is the behind the scenes video of her first TV commercial that was shot in Hollywood last month.

Gwen’s first collaborative ad will be for Infallible Le Rouge Lip Color, a long-lasting soft-shine lipstick that comes in a full range of every shade. The full length TV spot is set to premiere on Sunday January 16th on the Golden Globes telecast.
