The Gucci Menswear Collection for Spring|Summer 2011 was inspired in part by the music of the Rolling Stones 60’s classic “Exile on Mainstreet“. Backstage after the show, Designer Frida Giannini said the collection is about “unconventional luxury” and is for a man that describes his soul as a “gypsy deluxe”. “It’s this delicate balance between the formal and unconventional with the free spirited non-chalant attitude“.
