The beauty look is all about a cool French girl” Lucia Pieroni, Cle du Peau Beaute Makeup Creative Director explained backstage. That meant a “no makeup – makeup look” which starts with beautiful, radiant skin. Lucia used Cle du Peau Correcteur Visage concealer, then dusted the cheekbones with Cle du Peau Luminizing Face Enchancer Number 13. To finish the look she dabbed on a Enriched Lip Luminizer lip color in a soft pink shade. The result is a effortlessly cool look that’s “a bit Ali McGraw”.

Model turned designer Vanessa Bruno has been designing her ready to wear collection since she was 24. Born and raised in Paris, Vanessa instinctively understand how cool girls want to look. Have you heard about The Society? It’s the hot new Manhattan-based modelling agency just launched by Elite Management Worldwide that represents some of the world’s hottest top models including Lindsey Wixson, Sigrid Agren, Cora Emmanuel, Mackenzie Drazan, and Ming Xi.

The Society Managment is taking a new approach with a focus on digital branding and longevity. Agency president Vick Mihaci recently told the Business of Fashion that “we want to bring back and secure the concept of true longevity for our talents”. The agency plans to collaborate with creative talent from across the industry to develop its own original digital content featuring its models. “The purpose of such content is to help evolve our field towards a place where all of this talk of talent branding can actually materialise. It’s really coming back to branding”.

It’s been a great year for Cara, she’s gone from being the Burberry girl to walking in many of the world’s top designer fashion shows including Chanel, Fendi, Jason Wu and even the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

Cara was named British Model of the Year in 2012, and she’s also starring in many top advertising campaigns from DSquared2 and DKNY. Cara’s first cover for British Vogue is a milestone for the 20 year old model who told us she never planned on being a model.

One step backstage at Anthony Vaccarello’s Spring 2013 fashion show and you can understand why. It’s buzzing full of excitement and energy because every top model in the world has come here to walk in the show.

Backstage top models Karlie Kloss, Cara Delevingne, Jourdan Dunn, Constance Jablonski and Arizona Muse admit they are here for one reason because they adore Anthony Vaccarello, “we’re the next generation and he is the next generation“. The girls all love Vaccarello’s sexy body-con dresses and his cool urban style.

Anthony Vaccarello’s woman is confident, sexy and strong. Tom Pecheux, Estee Lauder Creative Makeup Director kept the focus on the eyes and used a turquoise blue liner by Estee Lauder Pure Color Stay-on Shadow Paints in Sinister and Steel (comes out January 2013). He added Estee Lauder Sumptuous Bold Volume Lifting Mascara black and brown mascara on the top and bottom lashes for extra effect. The look was gorgeous, natural and so desirable – just like Anthony Vacarello’s collection.
