The beauty look is all about a cool French girl” Lucia Pieroni, Cle du Peau Beaute Makeup Creative Director explained backstage. That meant a “no makeup – makeup look” which starts with beautiful, radiant skin. Lucia used Cle du Peau Correcteur Visage concealer, then dusted the cheekbones with Cle du Peau Luminizing Face Enchancer Number 13. To finish the look she dabbed on a Enriched Lip Luminizer lip color in a soft pink shade. The result is a effortlessly cool look that’s “a bit Ali McGraw”.

Model turned designer Vanessa Bruno has been designing her ready to wear collection since she was 24. Born and raised in Paris, Vanessa instinctively understand how cool girls want to look. Lucia Pieroni described the beauty look of the Missoni Spring 2013 show as “cosmic couture”. This girl has a “gorgeous ethereal aura about her”. Lucia gave the models a manga inspired lip - ”it’s super stamped on, blurred around the edges in a lipstick that is custom mix of florescent hot pink and orange“.

Go backstage at Missoni Spring Summer 2012 with designer Angela Missoni and get the look of this sexy, colorful Mediterranean inspired collection. “It’s alot of fun – we’re back to sexy”, Margherita Missoni told me backstage before the show.

The models were supposed to look like they had been dancing all night, so artist Lucia Pieroni used Mac highlighter to give the models that sexy glow. Really big bushy eye brows and a nude lip with a little bit of shine finished the look – the result was gorgeous. Hair stylist Eugene Souleiman used several styling products by Wella to give the models a three day old “dirty, sexy look”. “This is not a pristine woman, this is a woman who lives,” Eugene explained backstage.

In Paris top model Arizona Muse takes us backstage and shows us how to get the Chloé ‘cool girl’ look for Summer 2012. For 60 years now Chloé has come to define the meaning of effortless french style. A bit 70′s bohemian, a bit rock star girlfriend – the Chloé look is always just that natural, chic, confident but cool.

MAC Makeup artist Lucia Pieroni and hair stylist Eugene Soulieman show us how to get the Chloé look for summer. It’s about a natural beauty – which means, nude tones on the eye and lip for that healthy glow and thick long hair with a slight wave. Think Jane Birkin.

This was British designer Clare Waight Keller’s first collection for Chloé and she kept true to the brand’s sportswear roots, as she explained “it’s about fluidity and femininity, but boyish”. Go backstage at Vera Wang’s celebrity packed Spring 2012 fashion show with Beyoncé and Kim Kardashian in New York. Vera Wang told us she was inspired by the magic and fantasy of Alice in Wonderland when designing her Spring 2012 Collection.

The show was a mix of pale color, bold color and psychedelic prints that were inspired by eighteenth-century wallpaper. Makeup artist Lucia Pieroni and hair stylist Orlando Pita to see how they created the magical look for the show.
