This show is Miuccia Prada’s most personal collection to date and the 50′s inspired looks are one of the hottest trends of the season. As Guido explained to us backstage “It’s a little bit of a trashy girl wearing very sophisticated clothing, but she lives in a dark Lynchesque world”. Roberto Cavalli Spring 2012 Backstage

Go backstage at Roberto Cavalli Spring 2012 with hairstylist Guido Palau and top models Karlie Kloss, Magdalena Frackowiack and Arizona Muse. The inspiration – “A strong woman that wants to appear to seduce” designer Eva Cavalli explained to us after the show. Versace Fall 2011

The Versace Fall 2011 collection was one of the season’s standout collections at Milan Fashion Week. Designer Donatella Versace went back to the roots of the house, using the baroque tulip which was one of her brother Gianni Versace’s favorite flowers. It was a strong show from every point from the medusa buttons to peep toe boots to the military styling that is sure to be a huge trend for fall. The show had a sense of nostalgia about it as the show was held at Via Gesu – the location where her brother Gianni Versace did all his fashion shows.
