Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is nearly nude in the new campaign for the new fragrance Burberry Body, photographed by Mario Testino. The 24-year-old supermodel’s career is on fire and is currently the star of international blockbuster summer movie ‘Transformers 3.’

Burberry Menswear Spring 2012 Fashion Show

Milan Fashion Week: For Burberry Spring 2012 Designer Christopher Bailey decided to focus on arts and crafts. The Spring 2012 Collection is a real departure for Bailey, it had a real ethnic influence – he showed plenty of sweaters with crocheting, stitching, embroidery and handblock prints.

With this collection Bailey seemed to be turning his focus back on design, instead of the immediacy of selling the collection on the internet. Burberry has been at the forefront of the digital revolution that has swept designer fashion, live streaming its shows globally with almost 7 million fans on its Facebook Page.

“I wanted to celebrate the idea of craftsmanship. I love the whole digitalization of the world. But I don’t think one has to be at the expense of the other,” Bailey said backstage to Associated Press after Saturday’s preview.

There was a slight nod to technology in the show the models in the finale carried alligator iPad sleeves. But this season Burberry’s native Scotland, too, had its due. Most of the outfits were topped with a hand-crocheted raffia golfing hat, complete with a pompon. Shoes were cork soled-moccasins or easy loafers at times contrasted with woven tapestry. Burberry Prorsum Fall 2010 Campaign Has Launched

Burberry Prorsum has launched the advertising campaign for their Fall 2010 Collection on their website today. Its a 3-D, interactive, audio-visual experience that invites the user to ‘experience the collection’. The new campaign shot by Mario Testino features an all British cast, including top models Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Nina Porter, Charlotte Wiggins; actors Douglas Booth and British musicians Gwilym Gold, Rory Cattam, Seb Brice and Samuel Fry. Burberry to Stream Fall 2010 Women’s Collection Live in 3D

Burberry keeps pushing forward with new ways to present their fashion shows. For the first time they are going to stream their London Fashion Week Women’s Fall 2010 show LIVE in 3D and will hold private presentations of the 3D event in New York, Paris, Dubai, Tokyo and Los Angeles.

Burberry will be partnering with broadcaster Sky television on production using its innovative 3D technology. The private 3D events will receive live stream from London to custom screening spaces designed by Burberry Chief Creative Officer, Christopher Bailey. The Pre-show entertainment will be hosted from behind the scenes, backstage and red carpet in London. This will be a first for Burberry and first ever true global fashion show, as Christopher Bailey explains,

” this unprecedented event will enable people to experience the energy and atmosphere of this show from around the world. 3D technology will bring our global audience into the London show space allowing them to see the colours and fabrics, to hear the music and to be a part of that moment when it all finally comes together.”

In addition Burberry will also continue Live Streaming their show 2D on their website live.burberry.com powered by Facebook and Twitter. The show takes place in London on February 23 at 4PM during London Fashion Week. Save the Date!

Burberry Prorsum Fall 2010 Menswear Streaming Live

Always looking ahead to the future, British Designer Christopher Bailey presented his Burberry Prorsum Fall 2010 Menswear Collection Live from Milan today. Thousands of Facebook and Twitter Fans were able to watch the show live and comment. It was an exciting, engaging experience for Burberry’s global fans from the Phillippines, Brazil and Russia who prior today, could only dream of having a front row seat during Fashion Week.
