Abbey Lee Kershaw talks to us about her band Our Mountain's new song 'Devils Banquet' and their new campaign film introducing the Pierre Balmain 2012 Collection.  Directed by Inez and Vinoodh, the film features pieces from the Pierre Balmain women's and men's collection worn by top model Abbey Lee and her boyfriend, Our Mountain front man Matthew Hutchinson.

The new Pierre Balmain diffusion line includes both menswear and womenswear, featuring everything from t-shirts and jeans to suits and evening wear and will be sold in over 700 stores across the globe.  We caught up with Abbey Lee backstage at the Balmain Spring 2012 show in Paris and here's what she had to say about shooting the video for this hot new collection. Go backstage at Roberto Cavalli Spring 2012 with hairstylist Guido Palau and top models Karlie Kloss, Magdalena Frackowiack and Arizona Muse.  The inspiration - "A strong woman that wants to appear to seduce" designer Eva Cavalli explained to us after the show.  The hair look Guido created was soft and pretty, not the ultra vixen look we've come to expect here.  The Roberto Cavalli collection for Spring 2012 is opulent and shimmers with gold, hand embroidered, couture like pieces.  As Eva Cavalli explained, "We wanted to bring light into the world that is sometimes very dark". In Paris we get an exclusive look backstage at John Galliano Spring 2012 with makeup artist Pat McGrath, hairstylist Orlando Pita and top models Karlie Kloss, Miranda Kerr and Constance Jablonski.   The beauty look was inspired by silent movie star Mary Pickford, so Pat used sepia blush on the cheeks and paled out the models skin with light foundation to make the girls look "sweet and innocent".

This was a confident first collection for Galliano's new Creative Director Bill Gaytten, and he stayed true to the brand's feminine aesthetic.  Gaytten worked along side  John Galliano for over 23 years, so he knows how the Galliano girl wants to look and feel. In Milan we head backstage at Marni Spring 2012 with top model Arizona Muse to check out the chic but twisted lady like beauty look makeup artist Tom Pecheux, hair stylist Paul Hanlon created for the show. As fashion stylist Lucinda Chambers explained to us backstage, "the Marni woman is confident and isn't afraid to take risks" and she loves to mix it up with lots of color and prints.

The Marni Spring 2012 collection is a perfect example of the 50's inspired mood of the season, and had the world's top fashion buyers Stephanie Solomon from Bloomingdale's and Holt Renfrew's Barbara Atkin buzzing with excitement.   Marni is super hot right now - we can't wait for the Marni capsule Collection for H&M to launch in March.

Go backstage at Fendi Spring 2012 with designer Karl Lagerfeld, Lady Amanda Harlech and top models Abbey Lee Kershaw and Arizona Muse and makeup artist Peter Philips.   Fendi's Spring 2012 collection was inspired in part by Italian neurologist Rita Levi-Montalcini who won the Nobel Prize for Medicine in 1986.  She's a mathematician, a woman who loves luxury - she's perfect, but real.

The beauty look makeup artist Peter Philips created was luxurious - he used real gold and silver leaf on the models eyes to make them shine through the oversized sunglasses giving it an overall effect of extreme luxury. As Karl Lagerfeld explained to us backstage after the show .." You have the instant feeling of refined work and quality that only Fendi can do....only this can be done in Italy..."

Designer Marc Jacobs closed New York Spring 2012 Fashion Week with a collection that was enchanting and dazzling.  The gorgeous set at the Lexington Armory was designed to look like 40s style American dance hall, complete with wooden planks on the runway.  With the Philip Glass opera "Einstein on the Beach" as the soundtrack, the gold curtains parted to reveal 48 models each frozen in a Bob Fosse attitude setting the mood for the "All that Jazz" dance inspired show.

The Marc Jacobs Spring 2012 show was full of beautiful dresses made from techno fabrics that gave the collection a futuristic feel.   The beauty look makeup artist Francois Nars created was simple but sexy, the long lashes and pale lips had a 60's feel and was inspired in part by singer Amy Winehouse. After the show we went backstage and caught up with of our favorite top models Ginta Lapina and she told us what it was like to be a part of this magical show.
