Kors was listening to Lady Gaga when he designed this collection and her music was his inspiration. It's powerful, optimistic and gorgeous. As Michael explained backstage "It's a bit hard edged but it's glamorous at the same time". Featuring makeup artist Dick Page and hairstylist Orlando Pita.

The Prada girl for Spring 2010 is a modern femme fatale who has a dark innocence about her. Backstage as makeup artist Pat McGrath gave the models bold red lips, hairstylist Guido explained that their side swept hairdos were meant to make them look like a "naughty, innocent troubled girl". It's one of our favorite shows of the season, full of wearable day wear pieces from duchess satin coats to Bermudas. We especially are in love with the silver and crystal embroidered pieces.

Marc Jacobs Spring 2010 Collection for Louis Vuitton was fun, young and inspired by new age travelers. The show was over the top - all the models wore gigantic Afros and they looked like accessory-obessed cyber club kids. Jacobs understands what style is about, and knows how to connect with a global audience. For the the first time he streamed the Louis Vuitton runway show live on the LV Facebook page. After the show backstage Katy Perry told us she loves his style - "everything he does is so fresh, Marc is a staple for me" Hair by Guido, Maekup by Pat McGrath.

American beauty Karlie Kloss career is hot - she is only 17 and already has several major campaigns under her belt including Dior and Hermes.

Supermodel Natalia Vodianova made a rare fashion week appearance at Stella McCartney's Spring 2010 show in Paris, an upbeat collection that was flirty, feminine and sexy. Natalia and Stella are good friends and they also share a similar point of view about fashion. As Natalia explained backstage, "Stella really wants to empower women to feel feminine and sexy". Stella achieves that perfectly with this collection. Makeup by Pat McGrath and hair by Eugene Souleiman.

Sexy and glam - that's what the Gucci girl for Spring 2010 is all about. Backstage makeup artist Pat McGrath gave the models fresh glowing skin while Luigi Murenu slicked back the models hair into sharp, shiny ponytails. This was Creative Director Frida Giannini's intention to make the girls look sleek, sexy and confident.

This Gucci collection is one of Giannini's best collections for the Italian house. It's full of strong graphic pieces, and the body conscious metallic and crystal evening dresses are some of the hottest of the season.

Alexander McQueen liked blowing people's minds. His fashion shows were a cinematic visual feast, an explosion of beauty and fashion, technology and art. We were one of the only crews allowed backstage at his last show in Paris in October 6, 2009.  The show called Plato's Atlantis was inspired by Darwin's theory of evolution and the show was streamed live on Nick Knight's Showstudio.com. His final Paris fashion show for Spring 2010 really captures everything that Alexander McQueen was about.  He was a fearless visionary who wasn't afraid to take risks, and knew that looking forward to the future is what fashion is really all about. Alexander Lee McQueen died tragically on Thursday, February 11, 2010. The world of fashion will never be the same without him.

Lindsay Lohan debuted her first collection for Ungaro in Paris on October 12th creating a media frenzy. The Ungaro Spring 2010 collection is super sexy and very short, and as Designer Estrella Archs explained «it's full of joie de vivre». We spoke with Ungaro's new Creative Director Lindsay Lohan and Designer Estrella Archs after the show.

Marc Jacobs  is considered by many to be the most important designer who shows during New York fashion week.  His Spring 2010 collection was another stunning event, inspired by the theatre and ballet. With makeup artist Francois Nars and hairstylist Guido Palau leading his beauty team the show was simply spectacular.

"It's classical meets street" New York designer Charlotte Ronson told us backstage.
