Get the hot look of Prada Spring 2013. Check out our Allure Backstage video at Prada Spring 2013 fashion show in Milan with makeup artist Pat McGrath and hairstylist Guido Palau. Intense red lips and a tomboyish French twist brought an edge to Prada's elegant, Asian influenced collection.

Pat McGrath created manga inspired lip using a matte electric red lipstick - she used CoverGirl Lip Perfection in Hot.  For extra pop she used an electric pink cream and pressed that into the center of the lips. Allure Backstage - Prada Fall 2012 Backstage Beauty Video. Go backstage at Prada Fall 2012 with top model Natasha Poly  to see the look makeup artist Pat McGrath and hairstylist Guido Palau created for the show that was simply out of this world.  As Pat explained to me backstage,  "Mrs Prada was talking about the girls looking like virtual princesses.  So we've done makeup from another world.  We used black cream purple eyeshadow, black eyeliner, white eyeliner, orange cream shadows".  Pat also bleached all the models brows and painted them orange.  "The look is alot like Rooney Mara which is quite a huge trend for Fall".

Miuccia Prada is always pushing fashion forward, but the extreme beauty look Pat McGrath created inspired us to dream, think about the future and to consider how technology is affecting us all.

Allure Backstage - Anna Sui Fall 2012 Backstage Beauty Video. Go backstage at Anna Sui Fall 2012 with makeup artist Pat McGrath, hairstylist Garren and top model Lily Donaldson.  The hair and makeup at Anna Sui's fall 2012 runway show was a nod to the 1960s: teased updos and matte, indigo-blue cat eyes one of the hottest beauty trends of the season.

Pat used some her favorite blues by Covergirl to create that graphic cat eye - Indigo Impact Eyeshadow and Liquid Line blast in Blue Blue.  Garren teased the hair to create a "kitten bump" and to finish the look he applied Elnett hairspray. Romantic and vibrant, is the only way to describe the stunning look of Dior for Fall 2010. Designer John Galliano was inspired by the 17th century and the movie the Libertines by Johnny Depp. Backstage makeup artist Pat McGrath gave the models flushed cheeks, and Orlando Pita teased the models hair to the extreme creating a slightly frizzy finish that formed a halo like effect around the head. Minimal is not a word you normally associate with the house of Versace, but for her Fall 2010 Collection Designer Donatalla Versace decided to do something young and fresh. The model casting really influenced the beauty look that makeup artist Pat McGrath and hairstylist Guido created.

With so many young new faces cast for the show Pat McGrath focused on keeping the girls looking real and gorgeous, and well, just like themselves.  The Versace Fall 2010 collection really rocks - it's full of color, graphic prints and beautiful sexy dresses. In a word, it's hot.

Go backstage with Pat McGrath and Luigi Murenu at the Givenchy Show in Paris. Red glitter was used on the models mouths to make their lips pop. The hair is sophisticated but easy, and Luigi styled it so the girls looked like a 'modern Brigette Bardot'.

There is probably no other designer in the world who perfectly captures the mood of the season than Lanvin designer Alber Elbaz. For Lanvin Fall 2010 Collection that meant projecting an image of femininity and strength. Hairstylist Guido Palau's iconic, manga inspired black wigs and Pat McGrath's dark smouldering eyes gave the models a uniform sensual look.

Everything about this show was exotic, intoxicating and beautiful. Alber Elbaz told us he was making a statement about individuality, about women around the world all looking the same.  He was posing the question,  "Do you like what you see when everyone has the same look?".

It's one of our favorite shows of the season, full of wearable day wear pieces from duchess satin coats to Bermudas. We especially are in love with the silver and crystal embroidered pieces.
