Abbey Lee Kershaw Rocks in Pierre Balmain 2012 Campaign Film

Abbey Lee Kershaw talks to us about her band Our Mountain’s new song ‘Devils Banquet’ and their new campaign film introducing the Pierre Balmain 2012 Collection.  Directed by Inez and Vinoodh, the film features pieces from the Pierre Balmain women’s and men’s collection worn by top model Abbey Lee and her boyfriend, Our Mountain front man Matthew Hutchinson.

Prada Fall 2012 Menswear Show

Elegant, formal and strict are the words that best describe the Prada Mens Collection for Fall 2012.  The show was about a parody of male power, designer Miuccia Prada told journalists after the show and that may explain her casting. Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2012 Mens Fashion Show Backstage

In Milan designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gababana presented a Fall 2012 Menswear collection that was inspired by their Sicilian roots and the Italian family.  The broken down opera backdrop with the bordello lighting set the tone for this collection that focused on sartorial historicism, baroque embroidery and modern tailoring.  The starting point of the collection was the cape ” Tistera” they are called in Sicily. Backstage Stefano Gabbana explained “We didn’t look at a book or a movie for inspiration,” said Gabbana. “It was all about family.”
